The f ollowirig jnformation f mm the Interna ional Court of Justice
has been commnicated to the Press:

On August 22nd, 1958, the Government of the United States of
America filed iq the Regist~~ of the Courtan Application against
the Union of Soviet Socidist %publics relating to an aerial
ficident which occurredon September 4th, 1954, over the Sea of Japan.

The Government of Honduras files an Application instituting proceedings against the Government of Nicaragua
