Taday,December 18th, 1951, the International Court of Justice
delivered its Judgent in the Fisheries Case brought before the Court
by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Narthern Ireland against
Norway .

The following information from the Registry of the Inter-
nationel Cou.rt of Justice has been communicated to the Press:

In the Mlo-Iranian Oil Company Case the Government of
Iran h2s ,just filed with the Registry of the Internctional Court of
Justice. a Cocument entitled: ii~ielim&ary obsel*va%ions: refusal by
